How much are tickets?Tickets are $40 each and can be purchased with cash, check or credit card. A registration form must be completed. Checks are to be made out to Bunko for Breast Cancer.
Do I need to fill out a registration for each person I am buying tickets for?No, you can complete one form. It is also very helpful if you list the names for all attendees on the front or back of the registration form.
Is the cost of the ticket tax-deductible?While we appreciate the purchase, your ticket is not considered tax-deductible by the IRS since you will be receiving its value in food, prizes and Poker play.
When and where is the event this year?The event will be held on Saturday, September 25th at the Howard Community Club off of Forsyth Road. The doors will open at 6pm for the BBQ dinner and raffle, Poker play will begin promptly at 7:00pm. Guests who do not arrive by 7pm risk the chance of an alternate taking their seat. On your ticket, you will have the times and location.
Can I reserve seats or a table?We have no reserved seating or tables. It is first-come, first-serve. We do recommend arriving as early as possible to obtain priority seating and to grab seats for your friends/group.
What do the t-shirts look like this year?Our shirts are $15 and have our Men In Pink logo on the front left corner. On the back, we will list our Table Sponsors and In-Kind Donors. To purchase, complete the t-shirt section on the registration form or the separate shirt order form. Shirts will be picked up at the event. (or mailed if designated and S&H charges have been added to your payment).
Who do I make my check out to?Please make your check payable to Bunko for Breast Cancer, Inc.
If I can not attend, may I make a donation?Absolutely! We welcome your donations and will mail you a receipt.
Do you need additional gifts or prizes for your event?YES! Please contact Laura Paxton or bring your donated items and leave them with your contact information and value of goods.
